What is one thing you really want to do this summer?

Re: One thing
I am planning on doing this for #1's bday. We're going to use a sheet to keep the screen smooth.
That sounds awesome, you guys!
Take a bike ride to Lake Michigan, swim and have a picnic there.
Have a weekend away with just DH and I - which is happening July 8-10 in Chicago
I would love to do this, go with a friend, no kids, no worries. I need to do it before my surgery in August, so I have a month to find time. It would have to be a day my husband can be home to watch the little one!

Have one weekend where we don't have anything planned! I don't think its going to happen. Other than that, we are doing a ton of fun stuff. I'd also really like to take Hudson to Michigan Adventure, but I don't want to pay full price for myself if I can't go on anything.
It is really hard to choose one thing ... and I really want to ditto D&MJ with a bike and beach day. But I think I have to say food crawl! It has been so long since Mike and I walked around all day eating and drinking. It is one of our favorite summer activities.
Proximity is the easy part. Finding the time, not so much.
Um. . . Have a baby?
Seriously that is encompassing all of my mind (and body) right now. I guess other then that I would love to be able to get up north, to Higgins, at least once (with the little one).
We did this at a friend's house years ago, pre-DS, and it was SO much fun.
