It's Fake Friday!
TGI almost long weekend - anybody taking extra days off, fun plans, crazy relatives convening, etc?
Tomorrow will be the first day I've taken off this year for reasons other than a horrid sinus infection, lol, so I'm pretty excited about that. My office is closed Monday, and my sister and BIL will be up till Monday morning from Philly. Not sure where we're going to see fireworks but the little dude and I absolutely require to see them!

I do miss the days of long weekends for holidays...
However, I only work until 3:00 on Fridays and I'm possibly going to some sort of crazy hip hop hot yoga tomorrow night...that is still up in the air...
Saturday, DH and I are both off, so we are thinking of having a late morning brunch at our favorite place...and hopefully a long bike ride, if it's nice out.
Sunday I'm back to work.
Monday, I am working again, but again only until 3:00, so we're planning to have a few friends over for a BBQ...we are in close proximity to the fireworks in Portland and we're told we should have a great view without really needing to leave the yard...we'll see! Otherwise, a quick walk to the Eastern Promenade...
This will actually be my first 4th of July not home...my dad always buys fireworks (illegally, of course...shhhh...) and is super proud of the show...so, it's kind of sad that we won't be there, but it will be fun to start a new tradition.
