Totally ready for the weekend

It's the end of the fiscal year for work. (Happy New Year!!!)

Work has been quite busy lately. I'm finally all caught up though.

DH and I and another couple are going camping this weekend and I cannot wait!!! Love it when I am not bored at home all weekend. Plus we will have 3 dogs at our campsite. Should be interesting!

But tonight we have to get through DH's work picnic, pack for the weekend, and I got to go to the gym tonight as well (it will be 4 days before I can workout again).

Hope everyone enjoys the rest of the week.

Re: Totally ready for the weekend

  • Sounds like a blast!  Try to stay cool in this hot weather and have fun!
  • I hope you have a great weekend! I'm excited for the long weekend too. We decided to stay put this weekend (to within a hour and a half drive anyways) so hopefully we'll find some fun things going on. I guess there's a jazz festival in IC that supposed to be nice.

  • Hope you had fun! DH had the 3 day weekend off while I was at work, busting my butt for the 3 days. Can't wait to quit.

  • Mah- how are things going with you?

As for our camping... great times! Dogs behaved, had good food, hot (but bearable). And no damages to the car after the hailstorm Saturday night!  Luckily our tents were dry and we had packed up other stuff and threw it into the car before it started storming. Dinner was started on the campfire, and it was done when the storm was over (putting things on the grill kept the coals dry).
