We are coming to visit!
We are spending the weekend up in the Tampa area to get an idea of housing and the area.
I am still waiting on a realtor to call me back on whether or not she can show me some houses while we are there. We are renting. How far out would you be looking?
DH said he got the ok from work to go anytime after August 1st and he would be able to work out of a smaller location until his office building is finished.

No further than 60 days out, but you'll probably have better luck with only 30 or less days out.Being flexible is your best best.
Our place rented to the first people that saw it, 1 1/2 weeks after it was listed. Rentals are going really quickly right now!
