I know people are leaving early or already gone for the weekend. I thought we needed a poll.
1. What do you look forward to on 4th/Canada Day?
2. Any special food/drink items that are a must have?
3. Anyone have travel plans for the weekend?
Re: Holiday weekend poll.
1. What do you look forward to on 4th/Canada Day? Lounging by/in the pool with a drink! Then watching fireworks from the pool.
2. Any special food/drink items that are a must have? Something with alcohol
3. Anyone have travel plans for the weekend? We're going to Kyle's aunt's house for the weekend. No idea where I'll be on Monday yet.
1. The warm weather hasn't quite become scalding yet, so it's perfect for outdoor bbqs and good times with friends.
2. watermelon. kind of odd, but it's so good this time of year and reminds me of party time for the 4th
3. traveling for a wedding and maybe some pool time, but that won't be a long way to travel.
1. What do you look forward to on 4th/Canada Day? Either hosting or attending a bbq. I love to g2g with friends/family to grill and hang around outside. This year we'll be doing both - BIL's house on Sunday and our house on Monday. woot!
2. Any special food/drink items that are a must have? Typical bbq foods - I might make some potato salad.
3. Anyone have travel plans for the weekend? BIL lives about 45 minutes away, so we're not going far.
Happy Weekend, everyone!
2. Any special food/drink items that are a must have? I'm with Amie on this one, alcohol.
3. Anyone have travel plans for the weekend? I;m staying put, and I'm hoping not to use my car all weekend (although that might not happen because I want to see my nephews in the burbs).
Happy Weekend, everyone!
1. Time with family and friends
2. corn on the cob, pasta salads, some delicious mixed drink
3. Going to my in Laws and hanging out at the lake there.
1. Usually I'm up at the cottage, but not this year. We had a lunch picnic in the park though.
2. Strawberries. I don't know why.
3. No. =( I'm back in school on Monday.
