Harry Potter fans

My SIL sent this to me just now and thought y'all might be interested. It's only $35, lets do a G2G! Hahaha!

Re: Harry Potter fans

  • That would be a LONG time in the theater. As awesome as it is, I already have my midnight showing tickets with friends. :(

I was kidding about the G2G.  Brad would KILL me if I saw this without him. Could you imagine sitting there the for basically 2 days?! I'm pretty sure my butt would go numb.

Oh, lol. We don't kid about HP around here, Renee. It's serious business.

I just looked at the theater I bought my tickets from and they are doing this too, but over the whole week. Two movies per night Mon-Thurs starting at 6pm. I think we might actually do that.

  • I've heard about both of these.  The straight marathon and the week full of showings.  I think I'm going to do a marathon at home, instead.  In my pjs.  With cheaper popcorn and maybe a beer.  :)
  • Oooh... I'm a HP fan(atic), too!

My best friend and I have "Potter Colada" nights (sleep overs with pina coladas, stretchy pants, bad food and HP movies) :)

I don't think I could handle sitting in a theater for 2 days though.

Reminds me - gotta get our midnight tickets!

  • Notice - the same Cinemark Theaters are doing a double feature (starting at 9pm) wtih 7 (part 1) followed by part 2 at midnight!

This is what we are doing at our theater. I asked DH about the whole week and he said no way. So we are going to watch 1-6 at home and then watch 7.1 and 7.2 that Friday. I just upgraded our tickets.

  • There's also a group called Muggles for Life doing an earlier screening on the 14th if you're in the midcities area. Deathly Hallows pt 1 at 5:30 and then the new one at 8ish. WAY better than being up until 3 am if you have to work the next day.
