Questions for POssible Real Estate Agent
Anybody have any good questions to ask a prospective real estate agent? We are meeting with one tomorrow and I want to make sure I have some good questions!! :-) Thanks!!

I'm assuming you're selling . . .
Some questions I asked agents when I was looking for one:
Years working in the neighborhood
Where'd they price my place & why?
Comparables on currently on the market
Comparable homes that have gone to contract & closed
Terms of the contract with the agent including length & commission (usually they are 6%, but they are negotiatable if you feel like going through that)
How they feel about the current market
Their selling strategy. Open houses, how they are going to market my place, etc.
