I have had it today...T&Ps/sanity needed

DS is being a monster and we are getting ready to leave tomorrow.

As if that wasn't bad enough, we found out the negotiator for the seller's bank got fired and a week later we still have no new negotiator. Yes, we get to move in early, but I'm about to lose my sh!t on the seller's bank because it has been in the negotiation process for over 2 months, while others short selling with the same bank as the seller have already closed.

They say we are "very close" to going to close, but they aren't sure if they can find the bank appraiser's paperwork. So, we can't really do anything to the house in case another appraiser has to come in. I'm not about to paint and make repairs until after because I'm not doing the seller any favors to up the appraisal value of his house.

If you ladies could spare some sanity or T&Ps that this day will become a bit less stressful and we'll go to close within the next 30-45 days, it would be greatly appreciated. USAA is as fed up with this situation as we are, but at least they keep extending our pre-approval for free. I <3 them.
