I don't know if this is something you are looking for, but it's really good.
Oreo Cookie Dessert
19 oz package of oreos
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream
1 lg carton cool whip
1/2 cup melted butter
16 oz fudge sauce
Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Reserve 2 cups for topping. Spread remainder evenly over the bottom of a 9x13. Soften ice cream enough to spread over crumb crust. Top with fudge sauce, then cool whip. Sprinkle remainding crumbs over the top. Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
I've also done this in the little clear plastic cups.
