Show me your front lawn garden!
DH and I are moving into our first house in about a month, and I would love some ideas for what to plant in our front lawn. The home is new construction, so we will be starting from scratch. Is there anything I can plant mid-August in the midwest? The house faces north, so the yard is full sun. Sorry for so many questions. I am so new to this...

Well mine is in the shade but here are some pics of the foundation beds we created:
Curvy flowerbeds are better! Much more visually interesting but we were limited on the one side by the sidewalk to our front door.
