Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I saw your post below.  I think that I am going to start C25K today.  I also haven't really done much working out in the last 18 months.  I am going to try to go during lunch.  Maybe we can help each other stay motivated (I know that I need it). : )

    I have been talking about running for months, but never felt like I should take the time away from DH and the baby. Yesterday after DH got home from doing chores all day, he went to go lift right away (we have a full set of dumbbells and bench weights in the basement). I thought, well, if he can take time away from us to do that, so can I. So when he was done, I said, "I'm going to run" and I did!

    Like I said in my other post, it felt great. Doing the increments made it feel so achievable. I went by time because I was running outside and I have no sense of distance.

    I cannot run during the work day because my face gets bright red for at least an hour afterward. Hopefully that will be a convenient time for you!!

    Good luck and definitely let me know how it's going! We can check in regularly!
