Good evening, ladies! I had a super busy day today and we just got back last night from MA. I just wanted to do a wrap up post for the day because I so rarely get to post on the "good morning" posts before I'm afraid it's too late that no one will go back to read it. Catching up with everyone:
Kelly - We went to my mom's house in my hometown and it was our first "vacation/road trip" as marrieds too!
Amanda - Happy birthday!!!!!! I did actually catch the half a century thing lol. For a second it sounded right and then I was like, oh wait.
Sarah - welcome back darling and welcome to this board! I'm happy to have you join us. I have to go look at the DW board for your comments since you got back!
Heather - my mom wanted me to do Zumba with her this weekend when I was home so I did. LOL! I thought I was going to like it because I love to dance but it wasn't for me. It was at 11 am and I just couldn't get into it at that hour! I felt like I needed a drink.
Re: Good evening :)
I actually never tried Zumba but I would like to! I feel like it is one of those things where people either love it or hate it!
I wondered where you'd been hiding all day turtle! HAHA!
Get it? It's a joke about hiding in your turtle shell.
I hope you guys got that. HAHA!

It probably totally is, I took a spin class and this girl next to me was like "i hated zumba, im not coordinated enough" I used to be on the dance team in jr high and high school and took step classes a lot at a gym a few years ago so maybe that's why i like it. Kelly- love the turtle joke, hehe.
Haha Kelly, I like your joke too. (<----- lots of cool emoticons here on TN )
Yeah, I used to dance too, but I just didn't like the style of "dancing". I would be willing to try someone else's class because I know they are all different and depend on the instructor's style. What type of dance is yours like? This one was all over, like African, Latin, belly dancing.....

I have wanted to try Zumba...but the only time my gym offers it is at 12-1, I don't know who has time to leave work for an hour and half to go to the gym...but I certainly don't. I don't even eat lunch without looking at my computer or reading an article.

Hahahaha Kelly!!
I proud myself on being able to dance and booty pop it, but omg, I'm way too white to get down to Zumba. I thought I looked dumb compared to everyone else! Maybe if I tried it in home and then got better, I would go to classes.

LMAOOO! Kelly you're hilarious lol.
Turtle you're not my Lolita anymore but you wanting a drink during zumba cracks me up lol. I've never done it but want to. I bought a zumba video for the wii about a month before the wedding but haven't tried it yet. I'm slacking, I'm slacking. I'm thinking of starting it next week though. Which brings me to my next question/suggestion. Is anyone planning on keeping up with their work outs? If so we should still do something similar to what Michaela was doing on the DW board. That way we stay motivated and healthy and sexy for our hubbies. I never kept up with the posts but I would now because I'm not to about to let myself gain newlyweds weight these next few months lol what do you ladies say/think?
