What's kohl's return policy?
I don't shop there much. I got two dresses for C about two weeks ago. She's worn them once and with washing them twice I can't even get them on the girl!!! I know she didn't grow that much. She just moved up to the 12 month size which is what these are. The kicker is I don't have my receipt any more. I've taken things back before washed that shrunk but always had receipt.
