Planned Eating and Exercise for Wednesday
Let's hear it ladies...
B (right now at 11:15 am...oops): Visalus shake w/chocolate soy milk and reduced fat peanut butter = peanut butter cup shake
L: Visalus shake with OJ and mixed berries and maybe a banana flavor mix-in

S: Since I just got up/ate now we'll see...I have apples, peaches, nectaries, cucumbers and fiber one bars..so something along those lines.
E: Super sore from lots of squats in Zumba last night. Probably an easy walk -- though DH is incapable of and "easy" walk.

L - Chicken salad and the rest of yesterday's sun chips
D - (Baked?) Chicken Chimmichunga
S - Ice cream sandwich!

b: oatmeal
l: pasta salad and chopped fruit w/ dip
d: probably more leftover kebabs from the weekend, cherry salad, deviled eggs, twice baked potatoes
s: a little sliver of hula pie!
e: Just home from the gym - weight lifting, then walked on the incline for 35 min, burning 510 calories. After brekkie I'm going to swim laps in the pool.
Oh yeah, and I'm treating myself this afternoon to an ultimate pedicure at the Coldwater Creek Spa. If you have one nearby, they are to die for!
B: OJ and ViSalus shake mix
S: reduced fat mozzarella stick
L: Vanilla Almond milk, ViSalus shake mix with two flavor mix-ins (chocolate and strawberry)
S: 100 calorie popcorn and a mozzarella stick
Exercise: none planned for today lol
