Attorney for Will
I know this has been asked before but can anyone recommend an attorney who will do a will? We actually have the entire thing drafted (by my brother, an atty in Iowa) but would like an atty in NE to review it to make sure there aren't any differences between states- so I don't think it will take much time at all and I would like to get it finalized since we finally figured out the guardian stuff!

I signed up for ARAG legal services through work to do ours. We went with Margaret Mark. She was nice enough....kinda weird. She was flexible with our schedules and had it done quickly which was nice.

My dad, Steve Schmidt is here in Omaha at E Trustee. He has actually passed the bar in Iowa and Nebraska so he'd be good at looking for differences. He's a really smart guy and knows what he's doing.
