Who is yours with? Ours expires this month and I am going to price out some competitors. Ours is currently through Brandon.
Re: Termite Bond
1880.. like $1,880?? That's nuts! Well, unless I'm missing something..
Ours is with Florida Pest Control, they just came out yesterday and it was $206 to have them do the inspection and renew the bond, then we paid an additional $125 to have them spray for other random stuff and that includes them coming out 2 more times throughout the year to spray if we have any issues.
I was thinking ours was around $250 with Terminex so that price confused me as well.
Does it matter what type of house you have? Ours is hardiboard exterior, which apparently is terminte-proof, don't know if that makes a difference!
We've been in our house 6 years (it's 11 years old) -- every year we've paid roughly $200 to renew it and it's for a year.
ETA - I don't know that it makes a difference, but our house is just over 3k square feet, 2-story and stucco.
We got a Terminix bond with the house too. We have until August covered, then it's around $340 to renew annually. Not sure if that's a bit high though, since there was some work done on the master bath last year from an infestation.
I'm glad you posted though. I wanted to shop for quotes, and this reminded me.

I have no idea, but I'm going to have to look into this for sure!
