Re: I just noticed...
Does Maggie sleep good when you are out of town?
At night, yes. She sleeps about 10-12 hours at night. She will sleep in a pack and play no problem, so that is where she ends up when we are away. During the day it is a bit harder. If we are home she will sleep 90 min - 3 1/2 hours for her nap. When we are away, she will definitely fall asleep in her carriage or car seat, but the nap usually only lasts an hour. If she is really tired she will fall asleep a second time. She does well on only an hour nap, so really it isn't too bad. Honestly, I think she is just used to being out and about. We have traveled with her a bit and will go out on day trips quite often. She adjusts well and we are very luck.
I'm super jealous. Parker doesn't sleep well anywhere but his crib. It is hard because the grandparents are dying to have him sleep over, but I know he won't sleep so I always say no. I'm praying that changes soon.
I have tried to get him to sleep in a pack-n-play since day 1 with no luck. He naps fine in them, but not through the night. I wish there was some trick to get him to sleep better in them.
What is the best part of Maggie at this age?
PIP favorite pic you have access to of Maggie....of you and Matt...
Jenny McCarthy = Former Playmate and MTV host
Pediatrician = Doctor with extensive experience and education on children.
Bumpies = Don't get me started!
I know who I get my health advice from!
What are you looking at?
Maggie was an awful napper in the pack and play when she was younger. Once we got her in the routine of going to sleep with an aquarium that plays music, she will sleep at night anywhere as long as she has something with music for a little bit. We have a pooh doll that plays like 10 min of music that we take when we travel
I am sure he will get better with age!
Boo! Now this post has no point if gold isn't at 5,000.
I love love love Maggie's age. She is so much fun. She is like a little person instead of baby. She likes to play with toys and she knows what to do with them. She likes shape sorters and blocks that interlock. She gets so proud of herself when she does something by herself. It amazes me that 1 year ago she could do nothing but eat, sleep and poop.
It was always 5,000 before! I think you need to test it out to see if it still works.
As for my favorite pictures. The ones in my siggy are my current favs of the three of us and Maggie by herself. I have put a few others of my favs of her.
1 week old!
5 1/2 months
1 year
Hopefully he will get better. We are going to FL for New Years and I'm praying that he is sleeping better by then.
I didn't even notice I was above 5,000. How does it go up so fast?
The pictures of Maggie are adorable!
