We've been searching for more boxes for our move next week. We've tried going to some grocery stores in our area and have lucked out. We haven't heard back from any of the people listing "free boxes" on Craigslist that we've emailed.
Would anyone happen to have any boxes to spare in the South Scottsdale/Tempe area? Any suggestions of stores we haven't thought of to nab some boxes? TIA!
Re: Finding moving boxes
Maybe try a Starbucks? I used their boxes a lot when I worked there. When we moved recently, we bought most of ours at WalMart. They were all less than a $1, so it really wasn't bad at all.

We've bought boxes from Lowe's (they were cheaper than Home Depot) and picked up about 30 free ones from Craigslist. You really have to watch craigslist and respond to ad's right away- we called within 3 minutes of the ad being listed and when we picked up the boxes 20 minutes later the guy said 6 other people had called since we did.
Unfortunately we're not moving for 2 weeks or I'd say you could have ours!
I have quite a few and am somewhat close to you.
PM me your phone number and I'll give you a call and we'll arrange getting them to you. If I can get my new closets in as well fast enough I have TONS of wardrobe boxes with hanging bars as well.
