City job ?
So before I got this job I applied for an Admin. Asst. job for a local City. I just got a letter in the mail asking me back for a 2nd interview. It says it's the "written" part of the interview and it's about 2 hours. WTH!? 2 HOURS?? Has anyone ever taken this and what does it entail? Is it just a bunch of questions or what?

Ah, city jobs. Yes, you'll go in and either fill out a "test" or they'll give you "work" to do and you'll do it as if you're on the job. They look at how you multi-task, how you work through problems, etc. It's easy. Go for it!
