Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Last week, my brita faucet filter light stopped working correctly so I googled how to fix it and their site said to call their customer service. I tried all their tricks and couldn't get it to work again... so they sent me a new one! I received the new faucet filter today and it came with a coupon for a free nalgene bottle... so I just ordered my free nalgene online (which I really needed and am super psyched about!). I never return/ call about anything but this was totally worth it.
