How to make "Couple" Friends?
Back in grade school, making friends was easy enough. "You're nice" "I'm Nice" cool, we're friends. Now, being out of school and in a relationship, making friends isn't so easy. That's where I find myself asking.... "How do we make "Couple" friends? Do we just walk up to couples at the grocery store and ask them on dates lol?
We are an average couple. We are 21 and 22, living together, and working/going to school. We're just looking to meet new people and make some friends in the Santa Clarita, Los Angeles area. Isn't there anybody else in the same boat...?
Re: How to make "Couple" Friends?
Hi ais4amazing,
Yes! We were in the same boat.
My fiance and I also enjoy spending time with couple friends. We are young, low-key, and just like to go out to dinner or to a movie other couples. We are not very interested in the loud bar scene, so meeting new friends when we moved from the midwest to San Diego was difficult. One place we found was actually a website called www.Kupple.com. It is similar to Facebook, but for searching other couples who are looking for couple-friends in your area. It is NOT a swingers site. We were nervous at first, but actually ended up meeting two awesome couples there. It might be worth a try?
Good luck!

If you hear anything let me know!!! My boyfriend and I are in the same boat, we have grown apart from all our friends. We don't even know where to begin to find new friends with similar interests and possibly/ hopefully in a couple. We live in LA and are in our 20's....
