Holy surprise, batman
MrShoe's best friend/best man in our wedding works in Portland and we haven't seen him in about a year and a half. He's never met N. He flew in last night and showed up at our house today unannounced, with their third BFF! I literally jumped all over him when I saw him. I mean, there were tears, people.
He's awesome and we just miss him so freaking much. N absolutely adores him and keeps telling him Hi and bringing him her Pooh (that's huge for her; Pooh is top notch in this house). I still can't believe he's sleeping on my couch right now. We had the best night we've had in a very long time reminiscing about all the crazy stuff we used to do. But seeing those three amigos together again is amazing. I took about 6000 pictures. He hasn't seen his family in that long either so this is probably the only time we'll get with him even though he's here till next week but I'm just so over the moon excited, I had to share!

Tell him to give Portland a hug for me! I miss it so, so, so much. Lately I have been dropping the "let's move to Portland" line a lot. I miss my hometown!
He likes Portland a LOT. I don't think he'd stay there forever but I can tell he is really enjoying living there for now. We are determined to get up there to visit him so we can abuse on free room & board while seeing Portland and Seattle.
