Who watched today's games?
I am a bit surprised France ended up winning since it went to PKs. Their goalie seemed a little shaky at times.
I thought Japan played really well. I am happy that Germany is out, time for someone else to win!

The USA/Brazil game was SICK [as in, awesome] - I left during second half for brunch and kept up with it on my phone. Wambach scored right when I got home from brunch...I barely missed seeing it live, but I still went apesh!t when I saw it. What a game.
I, as a sports fan, am starting to have a much bigger appreciation for soccer. I'll be paying more attention to it from now on. What a game! The France/England game was a good game, too - surprised that England and Germany are out.
We definitely watched the USA/Brazil game. I could not believe it when scored in the 122 minute. I was a little nervous at that point. So exciting!!
I will have to record the game on Wed and try to avoid results until I get home from work.
