Body Bugg Question?

I know that these are already past their "trend" but I bought a body bugg v3 for cheap on Ebay and I am just wondering if anyone has had any success with these and any tips to share.

I am excited to be able to see my calorie expenditure, but I guess I am just wondering how people planned their calories in - do you aim for a certain number or just eat as your calories expended goes up?  They say to plug it in at the end of the day to see what you had out but that just seems like info after the fact, you know?  I want to know if I have room for a treat now and then :)

Anyway, any comments would be appreciated :)

Re: Body Bugg Question?

  • It works great.  You do get a chance to "have a treat".  You will start looking at food in a different light.  Just use it for a few days and you will get the hang of it very quickly.  Also you can create your own menu's and if you eat something on a recurring basis, you just click on it and it loads up into the "what i ate today" section
