Museum Row
I went to visit my cousins in Long Island Thursday night and orginally planned on going to the beach on Friday. Iffy weather made the decision for us to take Jack to the Children's Museum (LICM) in Garden City. (across street from Nasaau Coliseum) Next door is an Old Time Carousel, then Firemen's Museum and an Aviation Museum (Nasa/Naval).
The 4 of us got in for free again thanks to my POK membership. We looked in the others but Jack was ready for lunch and a nap at that point.
It would make for a nice day out if any one needs ideas. I think this summer has begun to be tour de children's museums for us.
