Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hope everyone had a good weekend and didn't go too wild!

L: Shake w/peanut butter

D: Lemon pepper chicken, rice, peas

S: Fruit

E: Walk with the family, maybe an extra walk with Ella if she gets motivated.

  • B - Not sure yet... maybe oatmeal with strawberries?

    L - Chicken salad, pickle, plum

    D - Sausage and peppers over pasta, salad

    S - Key lime pie

    E - Zumba for Wii

  • B: apple sauce

    L: leftover spaghetti and meatballs from last night

    D: oven fried chicken, balsamic green beans, lemon cake

    E: running! Going for 2 miles for my first time back.

  • B: Vi-Shake with OJ

    S: mozzarella stick

    L: unsure-I have to run errands so we'll see what myfitnesspal.com says I have for calories and stuff once I put in my other food lol

    S: 100 calorie kettle corn popcorn

    D: Vi-Shake (not sure what I'm mixing it with yet)

    Possible adult beverage later too lol

    E: nada-lucky if I can stay awake today

    D: Couscous with tuna and salsa (DH is out of town until Thursday)

    E: Spinning class at 10:30 with one of my friends
