Did anyone else watch Primetime?

Last night was the special on Jaycee Dugard.  My mom texted me about it, so I dvr'd it and then got sucked into watching it. I couldn't stop.  What a horrible story, but a beautiful ending.  She is amazing.

I checked all of the doors and that our alarm was set multiple times before going to bed.  Then I got up again and checked on my sleeping baby.  My worst fear is a kidnapping.

I cried a few times throughout it. I can't believe her strength and having a baby at 13! How scary, especially without any medical care. That guy is a creep and grosses me out to think what he did to her. I'm glad to see she has such a good relationship with her mom. I'm curious how her daughters are....I noticed they didn't mention any names or pictures.

I stayed up late to watch it on the DVR.  She is such an amazing and inspiring person.  It's hard to believe the amazing attitude and spirit she has after going through 18 years of pure hell.  I couldn't sleep last night after watching that, imagining something like that happening to my girls.

Forgot to DVR it and remembered it was on about 30 minutes into the interview, so missed hearing her talk about the actual kidnapping, but heard her talking about her kittens and then finding out she was PG for the first time.

I can't even imagine, and it makes me wonder how many more missing people there could be out there, alive and in the same type of situation.  Doesn't it make you wonder if there are more stories like this?  Sad.

YES--sort of. I watched 1/2 last night and will watch the other 1/2 today...it was so hard to watch emotionally that I had to turn it off! She is amazing.

I saw clips of it as I was getting L ready for bed. Amazing how well she is doing.

Darn it, I thought it was this week sometime   Boo.  I did, however, cave and pre-order the book on my Nook thanks to jennie.
