I need help

to stop wanting to spend money and make sure all the wedding bills are paid off!  But getting new stuff for the house is just so tempting!  Since I don't have roommates anymore, I want to update the house and get some new decorations!  I feel like since DH moved into my house, I want to make to sure he's really proud of living there.  I know he already is because he tells me, but I still can't help it.  A house is supposed to be a work in progress, but I just want it done already

Even when you are done you are never done.  I'm trying to just pick up small things here and there.  I mean there are still some big things we still need like new bedroom furniture and new carpet but those things will come.  I would suggest doing small things for now.  Also paint and stuff will make an improvement without costing a whole lot.  I'm not sure what all you are looking. But def pay off the wedding before you start making big purchases for the house.

Well, right now I'm trying to convince him to get 2 of these for our dvd's and put it in the family room. I really would like to get them before we have my birthday party at the end of the month   They're seriously so cheap right now that it's really hard to pass them up!

Those shelves seem like a great deal and are cute!  I know Target has cute stuff too like that sometimes.  We are starting with the small stuff, putting up shelves and putting pictures there, installing ceiling fans, wine rack...until I can afford my buffet table and a new kitchen table.

I like those.  They are really cute and not that expensive.  That would be a good place for dvds.

Those shelves are really cute! They done seem too expensive to me then again I'm a shopaholic too! I don't have any advise on paying off debt while still finishing the house... I'm kind of in the same boat but we can't do too much to the house since we're renting...

That's what I said haha!  He likes them, it's just ordering them now, or another month.  I'll put on on each side of the flat screen and add some decor to it as well.  I said I would like to put his father's American flag he got when he passed away on it.  He loved the idea.  So just say okay already!! haha.
