Squash bugs are getting my squash plants. I look the plants over a couple of times a day and if I see any I squash them. I actually don't see many- one or two a day if that. There are eggs on a bunch of leaves. I keep spraying the plant with insecticidal soap, but I think that only kills the nymphs. More and more leaves are turning yellow. Is there anything else I can do?
Re: squash bugs
I cut the leaves with eggs off and throw them in the trash (not compost).
I've been able to control them pretty well this year vs. 2-3 years ago.
