OK this is a rare occurrence. We randomly get a signal for internet and it's normally so weak I can't get on here.
Luckily right now it's working.
I wanted to let you know that I've been saving the recipe you posted a while ago for the French Dip Sandwiches (they go right to my e-mail) Well today I finally got to make it and they were SO good. Thank you for that. I'm not a huge fan of that kind of meat and I never cook it. (I didn't even know what a chuck roast was 
) My husband invited over my bff and her husband on the 4th for today. Well he ended up getting a truck he had to deliver to Delaware so he couldn't be here. I had NO idea what to make and then I found that e-mail. It was super yummy and really really easy.
It was also my first time cooking for someone in our new place so it was extra special.
