Where are you in C25K? I remember the day where you do 5 mins of run, then walk a little, then run 8, then walk, then 5 again. It killed me every time! Please don't feel discouraged! That program is great, but I feel like at that point, it jumps up in the amount of running, disproportionately from the weeks/days prior. There is nothing wrong with repeating days or whole weeks either (I did it, and I know a lot of others who did). You can do this!!!
Re: Ashley (again)
Thank you for saying that! That was week 4. I'm on week 5 for the third time, lol! The first week I only got one run in. Last week I did all 3 but I being the ding dong that I am didn't realize all 3 days were different this time. Up until now they were all the same. So, last week I did week 5 day 1 three times. UGH!
Today, I just started with week 5 day 2. It's 8 run 5 walk 8 run. I got 8 run 5 walk 5 run in. I hate that I only had 3 minutes left but I'll just do it again tomorrow and hopefully I'll get it.
Week 4 and 5 really seem to jump though. It's like you said, it goes from run a little walk a lot to run a lot walk a little. Um, I'm doing this program because I'm out of shape people! lol
I'll get it - eventually. I seriously can't fathom running 20 consecutive minutes right now.
