Anyone have any good side dish recipes? We like potatos, rice, veggies, etc, and will try anything. I am just getting so bored of the same old things every week. I don't mind eating rice or potatos a few nights a week but would like some different ways of making them.

Best rice recipe ever!!!
1 can Beef Consomm? soup (Campbell)
1 can French Onion soup (Campbell)
1 cup Beef Broth
1 cup Uncle Ben's rice
1 stick butter (not melted, straight from the fridge and you don?t have to cut it up)
salt & pepper to taste (I usually don't do salt cause there so much in the soup in the first place
Use a Casserole dish of some sort
Place uncovered in 4oo degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour.
DELISH!!!

Ditto on ALL of this.
Seriously though, FI is so picky and with his diet he only eats steamed veggies any way. The best I can do is take some sauce from whatever meat/protein I prepare and try to put it on the veggies.
