My dinner experiement....PIPs
and OMG it was so good!
This is what I was copying:
And this was how my version came out (obviously adding corn..lol. My dad stopped at a farm stand today and gave us some).
It is romaine lettuce, with steamed asparagus. I sliced up the steak and pan cooked it with cooking spray and a little garlic powder -- at the spa they grilled it so it was crunchier. They used big (maybe beefsteak) tomatoes and I had plum and my cheese is smaller. For the dressing I made regular Italian dressing, but used balsamic instead of white vinegar.
I'm in loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
