from my food blog: purslane and garlic scape pesto
hey green ladies 
I thought you might like this blog post. I wrote about purslane, a plant which is considered a weed in the US but is actually very good for you, having the highest level of omega threes of any plant! It grows everywhere, maybe you've seen it. Here's some from my garden:

So I made a pesto using it and garlic scapes. This is super easy and freezes well so you can eat it all winter long!
