It is so true. I have literally argued for with my H's friends that Texas is NOT THE SOUTH--it is the SOUTHWEST, and they, of course, have no sense of the distinction. Even worse is when they claim Oklahoma or Arizona is southern. Jeebus cripes. I think a more accurate map would be a line drawn across the half with Stupid at the bottom half.
