Glee Fans

What do you guys think of this article? It makes me a little sad.

Re: Glee Fans

  • I'm okay with it. It will keep the plot lines new and changing when they bring in a new class, too.

  • It's sad, but I think it needed to happen to make the show realistic (as much as it can be, at least).
  • I totally understand why it needs to happen. I PPH Kurt, so that is the only one I think I will really miss. Hopefully they add some more strong cast members.

    ME TOO!!

  • That's unfortunate, but what do you expect. The characters are in high school and they'll be seniors next year.

  • As much as I love Finn, Rachel, and Kurt I think this is smart of the producers to keep the show moving and changing. And although it will be their last season, something tells me they will have a few "drop in" appearances down the road... maybe to cheer on the new group and a competition or something.

Honestly, looking at the cast of the Glee Project, I'm looking forward to some of the new storylines they're todssing around. And if Damian is on the show I'll tune in just to hear his accent. lol

  • I'm sad about it too. I'll be sad to see them go, and I think they should (and probably will) keep them in for cameos, but it will be nice to see new faces, and I agree with their reasoning. It's already hard enough to believe those kids are highschool age, much less in 8 years lol

ETA: Isn't Quinn, Puck, Santana and all the rest of them the same age??

  • Speaking of how old the actors are... did anyone else know that the guy who plays Finn is 29? He's mentioned in interviews how the hair people on set joke about having to cover up his grey hair.

I do remember hearing that on an interview at some point. He plays a high schooler very well lol.

  • I think it is smart to continue with a new cast, however I think it would have been smarter to start introducing new characters in lower grades along the way, that way we could have gotten used to the new characters while still enjoying our favorites.

  • It's sad, but expected.  At first I wondered if they would follow the original cast through college, but then I realized we had all different ages.. and it would mean losing mr. shoe!
