dinner a love story has a really cool recipe for an easy appetizer with steamed clams and if you want to stick with the seafood theme, you could make a pesto-crusted fish as a main which can be prepared in advance? for dessert, what's better than fresh fruit right now?

I had a group in and did- chicken kabobs (chicken, yellow squash, zucchini, and red onion marinated in italian dressing and grill seasoning); roasted potatoes; spinach salad; and rolls.  Dessert was peach sorbet and grilled peaches.

Without knowing details of foods you like I have a few suggestions. Fish tacos from scratch with an amazing chipotle sauce. Can't go wrong and it's perfect for summer! I also make a very easy and economical shrimp fra diavola past that makes you feel like you're in a fancy Italian restaurant. (but it's really easy) If you're not feeling seafood I have a no fail beef with broccoli dinner that my 16 year old picky son says is better than any restaurants! Don't forget the Pandora tunes (free and my new best friend) and enjoy the summer air...Buon Appetito!
