16 & Pregnant Adoption Special - possible Spoiler
I think a few of you said you DVR'd it, anyone watch it yet?
I watched it last night, but I was on my computer so I didn't pay too much attention. It wasn't great, but some of the recaps of Catelynn and Tyler made me tear up a little.

I watched it. I felt proud of Catelynn. You could tell that she went through a lot of steps to get to the point she was at. She seemed much more at peace with her decision than the other girls. I was happy to see her talking to other teens about her situation. I'm sure it is very therapeutic for her.
I forgot her name, but the girl that gave her daughter to her aunt and uncle...she seems like a bit of a wreck still. Makes me wonder if keeping that baby in the family was a good or bad decision. Personally, I feel like it'd be harder that way. It seemed like she looks at it like it is a choice for her to take her baby back.
Yes, I agree. I thought it was great that Catelynn took the new girl to that adopted mom retreat, it definitely seems like she is making the best of her situation. Though what was up with the big white flower in her hair? Wearing it once was enough, but I thought it was weird that she had it on for the show and then in that clip where she was talking to high school kids.
Ashley was the one who gave her baby to her aunt and uncle. I agree that it would be hard to keep the baby in the family. I was glad on the original show when she took the baby back for a few days and then realized the baby was better off with the aunt and uncle. Though I hope she doesn't keep pulling that stunt throughout the baby's life.
I think it was a bad decision to keep the baby in the family. Just because of what you said on she thinks she can get her back whenever she wants to, you can?t keep taking the baby from one family to another.
And if she was going to keep the baby in the family go thru an actual agency for help. I think there was something when her 16 & Pregnant originally aired her mom was saying how they didn?t want to go thru agencies to make it easier or something to that effect.
