F/U to the Roommate Situation

So I talked to the roomie on Tuesday.  I basically laid it all out on the table for him.  He has about a month and a half to figure something else out as far as a living situation and he seems ok about it all...though I don't think he's trying very hard to find a new place to live.  I think deep down he's hoping that if he doesn't find a new place that he can come with us which is not happening.  I think a year rent free was more than enough help (he couldn't even keep the one job that I got him - he got fired for not doing his job).  I can't wait until we move...it'll be the first time since we've been married that we'll be living alone...again.

good for you for laying it all out for him. He's more than lucky that you've been so helpful and understanding. let's just hope he takes this seriously and knows that you mean business!

Yay - that has to be such a relief! I hope he can finally get his act together so you and H can live in peace!

I know!  It's so crazy...between him and my brother (who finally moved out recently) we were never able to just be alone!  We had lived together before we got married but we never got to enjoy just being married us (not that it's much different )
