As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Not by itself, but when companies want to fire someone anyway, it's an easy out that falls under the ambiguious internet/technology useage policy. A good analogy would be the cop who pulls over a suspicious looking car with a broken taillight because he thinks he'll find a pound of weed in the trunk. Or Al Capone getting busted for not paying his taxes since that was the only thing they could get.
