I'm in this camp..
I thought Taylor had filed already? Or maybe I read that they had split but no filing. Not surprised there either.
I'm a little surprised, only because they've been together for a while now and they seemed like they were making it work.
I was definitely more surprised when they got together in the first place, it's such an odd match. H and I referred to him as Skeletor during Idol last season, he's so strange looking.
This was my thinking too. They seemed fine during the end of idol when he was singing and she was dancing with him...they even had the cute little kiss at the end of it. But I guess you never know what is really going on in Hollywood!
