Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Declining a job offer
in 9 to 5
I got 2 offers last week and have gone ahead and accepted one of them. (Hopefully the right one.) Any suggestions on graciously declining the other one?

Call the person that
"I wanted to follow up with you after our conversation last week. After significant consideration, I have decided to accept another offer that was presented to me last week. Thank you very much for the offer."
They will either (a) ask you more information regarding your other offer to see if they could try to talk you out of it or (b) end the conversation and say thank you and good luck.
