Were you able to use the Similac check? I had a Gerber one that I swapped and went to use it over the weekend and the cashier asked if I was Betty Jones (made up name). I said no assuming if I said yes she'd ask for ID. She wasn't going to let me use it, but then called her manager over and they did let me use it. Just wondering what your experience was.

P.S. I had a hot dog for lunch today, not a lean pocket.

I've never had that happen! What store was it at? Are you using GS? I can send you two if you are.

It was at Walmart. I posted on the March 2011 moms board too and those that replied were surprised as well. Lucky me, lol.

Yep, we're using GS. It's what the daycare provides so we use it for one or two bottles on the weekends. So HOW do you get the formula checks? Just sign up on their web sites? I have no idea how/why I got that Similac one.

Yes you just sign up on the websites. You may want to sign up on all of the sites and then you can trade with people. Let me know if you can use the checks and I'll mail them out to you.

How long do you plan of BFing Carly for?  Have you thought that far ahead yet?

As long as my supply lasts with our routine. Right now I have the flexibility to go down to BF 2x/day at work snd she gets one formula bottle. Her schedule is all over the place, but usually she only eats 2x during my work day, I go down once and she gets formula once. Starting August I can only go down 1x/day so if she needs a third feeding it'll be formula. We'll see how it goes! And sorry, that was probably way more info than you asked for!
