My mom is trying to plan a family vacation for next summer around July 4th. She asked me and my sister where we would want to go. We aren't sure... Where should we go?
A few things to note: There will be 8 adults and 3 kids (1 6.5yo, 1 3yo, and 1 2yo), my parents have a place in Ft. Lauderdal so we go there alot, my sister went to san diego last year and the outer banks this year, we would like a pool, has to be family friendly, a house or condo would be nice but not necessary.
Re: Family Vacation
There are some great places along the Gulf coast, like Destin and Mobile. You can probablly get a good deal on a condo or beach house rental since a lot of places down there are still trying to recover their businesses from the oil spill. We have friends that go there every summer and they said that you can't even tell that there was a spill anymore on the beaches.

Cape Cod
Lake George
Hilton Head

Thanks for the suggestions! My mom suggested Estes Park, CO last night and that doesn't sound enjoyable to me. All I am picturing is trying to hike or fish with a 2 year old.
