As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

It's like living in a sauna here!
What are you guys doing to beat the heat this week? It looks like it's going to be brutal! This is 3rd summer in Iowa and this is the longest I remember them forcasting it it be this hot. Thank goodness for AC I guess. One of my friends has a boat for the next 2 weeks so I'm hoping to get out for a ride this weekend.

I miss going out on runs after work
Sunday night I did a quick jaunt around the subdivision after sunset, but it wasn't the same.
Lots of AC... and some hard lemonade (ice cold!) helps pass the time.
