What's lazy lasanga? Thanks
Re: .:Vikki:.
sorry to butt in... scroll down and it's the title of a post
Pam was right, I posted it a few back I will tell you it's something that i've been making forever and it was something my father created when I was a little kid because he loves lasagna but hated the cheese so it was basically egg noodles with meat sauce. I played with it over the years and came up with the recipe that I posted. Let me know if you make it I'm dying to hear if anyone else likes it so here it is
This is a recipe that I've been making for ever, it's super easy and if you let it set up and eat leftovers just like regular lasagna it's even better.
Ingredients
1 package of egg noodles
1 pound of ground beef (or turkey)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Brown ground meat with onions garlic and spices with a little olive oil (if you want to use it) add can of tomatoes simmer for about 5/10 minutes.
Boil noodles till tender. When cooked add noodles and cheese to sauce. You can add salt and pepper if you want and you can add any other spices that you like in your sauce.
See told you easy lazy lasagna.
If you want to be really lazy with it, you can use jar sauce, but I can't bring myself to do it. I will tell you my measurement might be a little off I was guessing, I just eyeball it, and remember you can always do it to taste.
If you make it I would love to know how it comes out.

LOL, don't feel bad I always read from the top too, and I know I should read from the oldest.
And don't worry it was easy to repost. Can't wait to hear what you think of it when you make it.
