Crystal and I got to meet up for dinner yesterday!!  We went and got some NC barbeque for dinner.  It was fun and she's so nice and sweet!  Here's a couple pics.  (I feel like I look super tall - but I'm 5'10" even before the sandals I had on, so I guess that's why).

And I'm telling ya...there is NOTHING better than Carolina BBQ!! Once a year a town about 40 minutes away has a BBQ weekend. They bring in people from the Carolinas to cook. I will gladly pay the $35 to get into it every year and eat as much Carolina BBQ as I want to!
