Adventures of A Girl and Her Apron
I confess that I'm ashamed at how behind I am in photo editing. In just over a month, I will officially be an entire year behind. It's not that I haven't done any editing at all - I have... I just haven't finished any of the big projects. To do: Dragon*Con 2010, WDW from Nov/Dec, Vegas and a family reunion from April.
In my defense, I take a lot of pictures. With the D*C photos, DH took even more than I did and he's one of those people that just takes a ton of pics on continuous mode on his P&S of people in costumes. I should make him edit his own! With my own pictures, I shoot in RAW and edit in Lightroom, so I wind up having to review a lot of photos and pick the best ones to fully edit and export to jpg. Bleh. You do not even want to know how many photos I took of the various colorings of the holiday lights on Cinderella's castle in hopes of getting the perfect shot.
The biggest reason they aren't done and the real confession: I haven't felt like it. The iMac with all the good toys is all the way upstairs in my office. I can go weeks without even walking upstairs. Spending time up there is like sitting in an isolation room. I do that enough at work. When I'm at home, I want to spend time w/ DH. And, frankly, after spending all day sitting in front of a computer, I don't want to at home.
