Show me your menu making skills! If you were hosting a bachelorette party for about 15 girls what would your menu look like? TIA

Re: Bachelorette party Menu
I agree with pp that we need some more details. With that said, all the bachelorette party "menus" that I've seen have been part of a post-dinner pre-party before we go out on the town. So, all snacky stuff:
-Drinks! - champagne, liquor, juices, sodas, water
-chips & dip
-meatballs
-spanikota
-veggies & dip
-cheese & crackers
Late night pizza when we get back.
HTH.
It's going to be a long night so I think you'll want to start with some lighter things that will stick with you. My first draft would be something like: squash bisque, shrimp cocktail, chicken satay with peanut sauce, beef satay with horseradish sauce, BLT bites (cherry tomatoes stuffed with mayo, bacon, and green onions), crudite, stuffed mushrooms, cheese platter, maybe toasted ravioli. I'd probably do chocolate fondue for dessert.
I'd also plan to have stuff for the hotel. Popcorn, brownie bites, cheese spread and crackers. Actually, a stupid simple idea is a block of cream cheese, a small jar of Old English cheese, and some garlic powder. Blend together and serve with bagel pieces and those pretzel chips. Just drop off a cooler earlier in the day.
I'd stick with breads/heavier items, especially if you'll be drinking. If I went to a bachelorette party and ate off a veggie tray, I guarantee that I'd not be feeling so hot the next morning.
Have pizza for afterwards, but keep in mind that the bridal party/bride are probably trying to eat somewhat healthy.
Of course, my friends drink a lot, so I guess it depends on the crowd. If there won't be a lot of drinking, lighter apps are probably fine.
