Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I will be out of town and not on internet this weekend so I wanted to log my exercise hours which is a very sad 0!!! I was going to go to boot camp or piloxing yesterday but we went to a U2 concert Sunday night and couldn't drag myself out of bed and we had plans last night with friends. Hopefully I can log some exercise on my trip......swimming!!!!
